Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs all food orders placed with Rake & Scrape LLC. By placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
General Policy:

No Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our food products and the immediate preparation of orders, the Restaurant maintains a strict "no refund" policy. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

Order Review: The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing their order before submission. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying item selection, quantities, special instructions, and any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Questions and Clarifications: The Customer is encouraged to ask any questions or seek clarifications regarding menu items, ingredients, or preparation methods prior to placing their order. The Restaurant staff is available to provide assistance and ensure the Customer understands exactly what they are ordering.
Exceptions:

Restaurant Discretion: In exceptional circumstances, the Restaurant may, at its sole discretion, consider issuing a refund or providing a replacement. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and may require direct communication between the Restaurant and the Customer.

Quality Concerns: If the Customer experiences a significant quality issue with their food, they must contact the Restaurant immediately. The Restaurant will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or, in rare cases, a partial or full refund.

Order Errors: In the event that the Restaurant makes an error in fulfilling the Customer's order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items), the Restaurant will take reasonable steps to rectify the error, which may include providing the correct items or issuing a partial or full refund for the affected items.
Communication:

Any exceptions to this policy will be communicated directly to the customer.

All quality concerns or order errors must be reported to the Restaurant within a reasonable timeframe, within 1 hour of receiving the order.
Legal Compliance:

This Refund Policy is intended to comply with all applicable Arkansas state and local laws.
